After Dilbert was assigned to a failing project, a cloud of doom began following him. It lowered morale in the project team and zapped people near Dilbert. It also contributed to Dilbert's sex life, attracting women who were intrigued by the danger. Eventually Dilbert and Dogbert had it transferred to a coworker named Tim after he was given control of the project by the Pointy-Haired Boss.
